The Program
Our philosophy, as our program design, is NOT to make you a better athlete. If that were the case, you wouldn’t be considering the next level. We will help you get to the next level by making you an EXPERT at the combine tests themselves. WE have devised over years of testing and hundreds of athletes, a system by which we teach you every possible detail of the tests themselves and each tweak, trick, hint, tip and and secret that exists to enhance your testing ability. Why train, sacrifice, toil, work, scrape, and fight for years to mold yourself into the athlete you are today, all to leave that on the field because you couldn’t bring it all to bear on that crucial day.
The same analogy holds true for the exceptional student. They study countless hours, they quiz all their peers for the best answers, they burn the midnight oil to know the material better than they know their own name, yet when it comes to the test itself, they freeze, panic, and stress over which answer is the MOST correct, over analyze each word in the question just to be paralyzed into giving a half thought out answer. They knew the material back and forth during class, knew it before the exam and still had sub-par results on the test because they weren’t prepared correctly on the test itself.
Our program hones the athlete’s skills into a test taking machine. How many steps in the Pro-Agility drill? What’s the proper stride length in the 40 yard dash? How does one shift their weight on the broad jump? They might have had the “right stuff” to do what needed to be done on the football field, but can’t execute their best on the vertical jump? The Combine Tests are here to stay and they definitely will have an impact on the future of your athlete if they perform poorly.
To date, we have never had an athlete not perform their personal best on that important day.
It doesn’t stop there. Our program also includes practice intelligent quotient tests (the Wonderlic Exam) and an intense dietary regimen to pack on as muscle mass as humanly possible while lowering speed-slowing bodyfat at the same time. We have had an average of fifteen pounds of pure muscle added to the athlete’s frame regardless of position.
